Someone prefers to train more on their own, another gets a big boost from a group. I present to you a few of the ways to move with me:

Fitness Boxing: Practicing the techniques of boxing without getting hit or sparring. Not just sweating — you also learn while training!

Functional Training: Traditional strength and fitness training taken on another level! Carefully chosen exercises with smart progressions allow everyone to make their body stronger and skilled, ready to tackle any physical task or challenge.

AcroYoga: An unique combination of Yoga, Partner Acrobatics and Thai Yoga Massage. Don't let the name frighten you — it's a load of fun! Again, we start easy on your level and progress at your pace.

BootCamp: Ready for a challenge? Here we push the limits of your physical and mental capabilities. We start gently, but be ready to challenge your fitness!

(with emphasis on back health, co-teaching with Michéle)
